For those Chili Nights…

If you missed our recent Technology Demo Days, not only did you miss seeing the latest products from Alabama Graphics, you miss some OUTSTANDING chili from our very own Michelle Dunn!

Michelle was kind enough to share her recipe with us here. So even though spring is officially here, you’ll still want this recipe for chilly nights!

TexMex Chili

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 onion chopped
1 15-oz can black beans, undrained
1 15-oz can pinto beans, undrained
1 15-oz can red beans, undrained
2 10-oz cans of Rotel 10 oz
1 10 oz can of tomato sauce
1 packet of McCormick TexMex seasoning

Optional:
3 cheese Mexican shredded cheese
Scallions
Cilantro
Sour cream
Jalapeños

Directions:
1. Brown ground beef with chopped onion in large pot.

2. Add beans, Rotel, taco seasoning and tomato sauce. Stir well.

3. Let simmer until heated through and ready to serve.

4. Add optional ingredients, if desired.
