Two cheers! (we're so not like all the other guys…)

Our First Huzzah Goes to…

Alabama Graphics Sheila Caddell

First we say, “Huzzah!” to our Sheila B. Caddell on her new promotion. Alabama Graphics has been making good use of her excessive talents since 1992, most recently as VP of Production. But that’s not enough for her or for us. So we’ve added VP of Sales to her title as well!

“I’m not your typical sales manager. I’m more hands on,” she says. “Having been here as long as I’ve been, sales is something I’ve done before. But with my production experience, I also know how to get it done and make a customer happy with what they’re wanting. And that’s what I’m hoping to bring to the sales side.”

In fact, she’s looking to hire more sales reps in our Birmingham shop. If you’re interested or know of someone,  email Sheila.

Our Second Huzzah Goes to…

And now a second “Huzzah” to — you guessed it — Sheila Caddell…again! This pat on the back is for her being asked to serve on the newly formed Color Task Force of ReproMAX Association.

The largest, strongest and most progressive international network of independent reprographic and document management companies, ReproMAX has over 300 locations worldwide. And Sheila is one of only a handful of people chosen within the U.S. to serve on this task force.

Sheila will offer expertise in response to members’ questions online about transitioning to and using color repro. “So many traditional repro companies are moving to color; everything’s going digital,” she says. “Our members are relying on those who are already doing it to help them make decisions and solve situations.”

The Task Force has set up a forum so that when a member posts a question, they can get an answer within four to five minutes. If not from a fellow member, then from one of the highly expert members on the task force.

For customers of Alabama Graphics, the ReproMAX connection means we can offer you responsive and dependable partners worldwide. Just a few weeks ago, a customer needed something printed in St. Louis. “We contacted one of our ReproMAX partners there, so when he walked off his plane and into their door, somebody knew him,” says Sheila. “He knew before he got there that we had found him the services and quality there that he counted on from us here when he’s at home.”
