Projects can be set up and organized using an easy-to-use directory and folder structure, so the project looks on our servers exactly like it looks on yours – only we handle the storage and security.
Each member of your project team can have their own log in to our eSuite service, and you can control which users see which portions of the project. You can track and trace which members have viewed which documents, and what changes have been made to any given part of the project materials.
Less time and money spent managing multiple paper copies of documents – that’s a “less” that we think our whole industry can feel good about.
