This week, we are highlighting Kelli Sanford Tinsley, Vice President of Production Services at Alabama Graphics!
Described as loyal and tireless, Kelli oversees all production related services and employees, works with other department executives to establish new production growth opportunities, creates processes that control production costs, and oversees internal/website production workflow software. She is busy!
We asked Kelli her favorite part about working at Alabama Graphics: “I love the challenge of meeting the customers’ expectations, day in and day out. We have two production lines, AEC (Architects, Engineers, Contractors) and Large Format Color and both departments have completely different needs and expectations, not only from the customer but internally as well. I like going home and feeling like today we “nailed-it.” But there is also great reward when things don’t go so well, but you get to discuss/brainstorm with others, come up with solutions and work as a “team” to be successful the next day.”
When she’s not working, Kelli enjoys spending time with her family, her husband, Ron, son Jacob, and their Havenese, Bear-a-Cuba, enjoying the lake and boating with friends!
