The Exceptional Foundation, established in 1993, is a nonprofit organization focused on enhancing the lives of mentally-and physically-challenged individuals through various social and recreational activities, as well as providing a community for them and their families in the Greater Birmingham Area. Every year the organization holds a “chili- cook-off” to raise money for its programs.
Alabama Graphics has been donating the signage for the event for over 5 years.
We print large banners, fliers, yard signs and posters for the cook-off. The graphics, designed by Chris Davis, feature the Chili Cook-Off logo (AKA “Smokey”), which has become easily recognizable by the Chili Cook-Off devotees.
This year, the Exceptional Foundation held its 15th Annual Chili Cook-Off on Saturday, March 2 in the parking lot of Brookwood Village. There was a great turnout and some great chili! Congratulations to the winner of the grand prize, Russo Corporation!
