In our series we have discussed three areas so far of what to look for in a commercial digital specialty printer: Experience, Know-How, and Equipment. By now you know how important it is to find a commercial printer with vast experience and knowledge, as well as one who prints on, or sells and services, top of the line equipment. But what about attitude? What if they are great in all of those other areas, but have bad attitudes? No matter how large or small your job is, you deserve positive customer service, which all starts with a good attitude.
In a time when it feels that customer service is a dying art, we feel that it is more important than ever. At Alabama Graphics we have worked hard to build up our resumes to better ourselves, but all of that experience would be worthless without our customers. We continue to remind ourselves every day that our customers are the most important part of our business, so why wouldn’t we want to treat them well and greet them with an attitude that shows we want them to be there? Who wants to trust an important job to a company that makes you feel like a bother? We don’t want to treat our customers like “jobs”; they deserve to be treated with respect. Our customers are not burdens to us, so we don’t treat them that way. A positive attitude creates a positive experience all around.
We continue to be locally and independently owned, with offices in Birmingham and Montgomery. We take pride in what we do, and in how we do it.
