Well it’s time! The reveal is here and …… listen for the massive rolls of slow, deep, booming drums …..It’s a whole new look and more for us!
When we saw how stylin’ and sharp we looked in this new one, we had no problem dropping our old comfortable and much beloved old look.
And that’s when we went crazy, flung away all the old look everywhere, and shortened our name as well. By then we wanted more class and more vigor, and to let everyone know we could do it all.
So we’re no longer encumbered by “Alabama Graphics”, we’re now ALGX. Kind of like when all those famous rock stars drop their last names. Now we’re sleeker, easier to remember — ALGX — and like it says, we’re graphics “X”perts.
All digital printing, all the time, by people who know the latest tech. Plus we’re loaded with decades of experience in handling the AEC industry, so we can talk shop and solve problems. No lip service here. It’s solid solutions.

And then you know what happened, right? You see yourself in that new, sharp, updated pair of pants that fits you so much better, and you realize that you really need more new stuff to match.
That’s when we created our secondary brand, DCX. Digital Color Xperts. Because when we started decades ago, we were only about AEC, blueprints, large docs and all that you guys needed in that industry. And we still are. But we grew.
And now we do any and all kinds of digital color printing from brochures to signage to newsletters to, well, even museum-quality prints on canvas, laminate, or pretty much any kind of surface you might need.
That kind of expansion of service ended up needing its own pair of “pants” or people would be confused. Kind of like seeing a banker in overalls. Is he going to grow me some corn or invest my earnings? Maybe he can do both.
And that’s what we were. We were stockbrokers in overalls. Farmers in suits. Because we can do it all. We can expertly fulfill the AEC guys’ doc needs as ALGX, and we can do anyone and everyone else’s color digital printing as well. Also expertly. And that’s our new DCX division.
We’ll be revealing more of our new look, because, face it, no one stops at one pair of pants when they’re changing their look. So we’ll show you where else our new look is being applied over the coming weeks. And we’ll share, because, dang it, we’re really proud of how far we’ve come and how much we can do for your business.
