How to Create a Multi-Page PDF with Adobe Acrobat Pro

pdfFor projects such as proposals and spec books, the print file needs to be combined in a multipage PDF (not a portfolio) in the correct order according to the Table of Contents. When submitting a multi-page pdf each section must end with an even number. In the cases of sections ending with an odd number, an additional blank sheet must be added; this rule is only negated if you are requesting simplex (single-sided) printing.

ALGX Welcomes Alex Gouin to the Birmingham Office

Alex Gouin, Alabama Graphics Account ExecutiveALGX is excited to welcome Alex Gouin as our newest Account Executive at our Birmingham office. In his new role, Alex will help supply current and potential customers with the digital color systems and equipment that best suit their needs.

Before joining us, Alex earned his Bachelor’s Degree from The University of North Alabama. During his time there, he worked as an Advertising Consultant for the University’s newspaper, The Flor-Ala. Once graduating, Alex became a Multi-line Representative/Insurance Agent for State Farm in Tuscumbia where he was licensed in property and casualty insurance.

Project Spotlight: Baptist Health Montgomery Cancer Center

Montgomery Cancer CenterThe Baptist Health Montgomery Cancer Center is currently undergoing construction, and we’re happy to help make their office as aesthetically pleasing as possible during this time.

Temporary walls were put up in order to block the construction, but with the adhesive back vinyl we applied over those walls, patients are much less likely to feel as if they’re in a “construction zone.”
