The installation of the pictures and plaques

Diane Brandenberg Seales standing next to the canvas of her parents, Homer L. and Bessie (Walton) Brandenberg, the largest land owner in Siluria at one time. Mr. T.C. Thompson’s picture is in the middle; Thompson Schools were named after him, and he originally owned the Buck Creek Cotton Mills. On the left is Fred F. Phillips. Fred acquired the mill from his father, J.T. Phillips.
