Project Spotlight: ALGX works with Tulane University Football Team
After being forced to evacuate New Orleans due to Hurricane Ida, the Tulane Green Wave football team came to Birmingham, AL and played a game last Saturday against Morgan State at Legion Field.

Project Spotlight: World Games’ Office
In 2015 Birmingham, AL was slated to host the 2021 World Games, which unfortunately had to be postponed due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Thankfully for the competitors and fans, the dates have been moved to next year, July 7-17, 2022.

A new gym called X4 recently opened in Lane Park. It is an HIIT training program which includes four blocks of work, TRX, Trueform, strength, and capacity, in a one-hour class!
